NOT "MARVEL NOW" - One of four spoof covers I did for "Marvel NOW" titles that *aren't* being published.
Four?? Well, I was on holiday and couldn't choose...

Planet Terry was a title I had never heard of before. Boy lost in space with female robot and lizard ape for company... hmmm. Why would anyone have a 'female' robot? I decided a "pleasure-droid" gave a slightly perverted logic to it and "scrapped" gave it a certain pathos. Ditto a "broken-down" gladiator. C'mon - the whole story is there on the cover! You *know* what's going to happen!

I did like what few issues of Planet Terry I managed to get. I still do think he fits more as a lost Kree boy than an Earth boy, although he could be anything, really (not important for the story, this is just the Kree fanboy in me talking).

It's the lizard ape that stands out for me - so reminiscent of this particular kind of comic and sci fi :)

I think that Top Dog was the result of the Weapon Plus project, myself. I also thought Terry might be one of Mar-Vell's kin, and the Royal Roy is the illegitimate son of Dr Doom and a gypsy girl.

I always thought Top Dog might be related to Top Ten's Hyperdog... of course that doesn't fit him in the Marvel universe.
White-haired Terry DOES remind me of Mar-Vell now you mention it. Hmmmm.
Doctor Doom and a gypsy wench? The mind boggles...
